NY Post
Hear the Hungry is currently working on a series of documentaries on homelessness in NYC. Every week we visit our homeless friends on Hear the Hungry Rounds where we distribute food and build relationships. Rebecca Pokryska and Grace Zinnel, founders of HTH, met John Gunn at Holy Apostle's Soup Kitchen.I don’t think giving John a ticket would do anyone justice. The reason the owners who live there are mad is because they are worried about their own image. If people put everything they owned on their front lawn, it would look just like his car. His car may be an eyesore but people should find it in their own being to look beyond what they see in front of them. John is an amazing man with a heart of gold. These comments and this article are criticizing someone trying to survive off the streets, not disturbing anyone but visually it’s bothering the rich.
Where is the love!?
